How is cast, stitch, and splint removal after a rhinoplasty?

I get my cast removed tomorrow exactly 1 week after my surgery and although I've seen some videos I don't know what to expect. I have stitches on the incision between my nostrils and then 2 splints inside my nose. Will they hurt to get removed? If so, what type of pain is it?

Hello,It is not common for pain to occur that quickly after wearing sunglasses. Your nose should be fully healed after a year since your surgery. I would advice a post op consultation to make sure you are healing properly. I also advice buying new lighter material for your glasses. Hope this...
