I had surgery (cheiloplasty) on my lower lip 6 and a half weeks ago, removing some mucosa and glands. The swelling on my lip is subsiding but I now have a bulging, shelf like ridge of skin under the lip. It's very apparent/bulbous looking from a side profile view, and puffy from the front. It isn't particularly tender. Is this likely to be swelling or something else? Thank you
