Lip reduction leading to lip incompetence (Photo)

I had lip reduction 10 days ago and am still unable to close my lips naturally without huge muscle strain. I am worried about permanent lip incompetence after the surgery. The stitches have been removed 3 days ago. I am unsure whether the swelling has permanently subsided. What treatment solutions would I have to look at for the lip incompetence issue?
