AirSculpt Neck Area - 3 months Post Op, have lumps and still look swollen, is this normal?

I had a air sculpting work done on my neck in Nov 2017. I have heard it takes up to 6 months for the swelling to go down. But I have lumps either side that still look very swollen and if touched too much, are painful. I look worse than when I started. The Surgeon said it was normal I am not so sure if its an easy get out. Will they ever disappear is it based on the individual.
