I hate these fat pockets on my buttocks, and Im not sure if they can be corrected with weight loss/weight training. I would like for my buttocks to be more rounded. I currently weigh 152, and have a short term goal of dropping 10-12lbs to reach my ideal weight/BMI. I weightlift 3-4 hours per week with a personal trainer. I am interested in any surgical or other procedures that could eliminate those bulges and prevent them from returning in the future. I did achieve a 45lb weight loss about 3 years ago, so Im not sure if my concern is related to skin laxity. Either way, I have mostly maintained my weight and lifestyle changes for the past several years, but I remain frustrated by the shape of my buttocks. I very much appreciate your advice on how to correct the areas circled so I can feel confident in the body Ive been working so hard to get back after having children. I am 40 years old.
I'm going to get airsculpt in Nashville soon. I asked about post op lymph massages (I'm getting 360 lipo) and they said they are not fans of these massages and just say to massage yourself. I posted a question previously about avoiding lumps, and the responses were all about getting lymphatic drainage massages. Every YouTuber I follow who has great results seems to have also gotten these massages. Can anyone explain why you would tell a patient not to have these? Thanks
Ive noticed in many airsculpt photos the scars for bra back rolls are mid back and the scars for flanks are above the butt cheeks. I have also heard that other lipo techniques you can hide the back bra roll scars in the armpits and just have one incision site through the tailbone. Is that possible with airsculpt?
Ive read a lot about wearing a compression garment constantly for the first two weeks after air sculpt. Once those two weeks are up how long do you wear a compression garment for and do you wear it24 hours a day after the first two weeks?
I am about to start microdosing GLP1 and will be starting it about 1 month + 1 week before my 360 lipo/airsculpt + hipflip (fat transfer to hips) QUESTIONS: 1. Is it safe to be taking GLP1 going through surgery and recovery? 2. Will taking it effect the results of the healing lipo areas or the fat transfer? 3. Is there anything else that I should be aware of from your professional experience and wisdom? Thank you
How long do results from fat grafting or AirSculpt typically last? Is it easy to maintain? Most before-and-after photos show ppl in their 20's and 30's w/firm skin. Im skeptical that the fat transfer results last beyond 5 years at my age (40). Im hoping for a breast procedure for more fullness, would love to use fat transfer. Also considering tummy tuck. Some doctors proposed lipo 360 and fat transfer which sounds less invasive and awesome. But I have lots of loose belly & breast skin.
After three children (and three C-sections) I would like to have a procedure done to remove any excess fat I have. At this time I cannot do any type of tummy tuck or procedure that would include more than 48 to 72 hours of downtime. I also have diastasis recti with a three finger gap that I am currently working on and have a strict diet in place. I have already lost 8 pounds and am five months postpartum. My ideal body weight is 125. Do you think I would be a good candidate for air sculpt?
