I'm 5'2, bust 33", waist 25", hip 34". Cup A/B. Would love to do laser lipo on my stomach and put the fat into my breasts but I'm scared of pain. Does it really not hurt like they say? Can that get my breasts up to big B or small C? How long does the fat last in the breasts? Like will they ever go back to A? Will there be fat left to sculpt my butt? How much am I looking at? THANK YOU!!
Answer: Fat transfer Thank you for the question, I wrote the guidelines on liposuction for 2017 for all members of the American Society of Plastic Surgery and have read almost every research study ever performed on liposuction and "air sculpt" is not in the literature so I am not sure what that is. I perform liposuction with breast fat transfer often, I have a patient I did last week and I would be happy to put you in contact with her to discuss her recovery if you email my office. Overall i find fat transfer to the breast reliable for shape adjusting of the breast but not huge amounts of volume. When done gently it can be almost painless. I do believe that this requires anesthesia with an anesthesiologist to reduce pain, discomfort, and risksSincerelyDr. Neinstein

Answer: Airsculpt In addition to considering pain you should also consider it will be more difficult for a Radiologist to interpret your future mammograms. You should discuss your breast cancer risk score with your family doctor first.

Answer: Fat grafting to breasts Personally, I do not perform large volume fat grafting to the breasts. A smaller volume for upper fullness usually works best. If you are thin, you may not have enough fat to graft both breasts and buttocks. Also, laser kills fat cells and cannot be used for transfer. I use Vaser ultrasound liposuction for this.An exam and consultation with a plastic surgeon who performs these procedures is recommended to confirm you are a candidate as well as discuss your options and expectations.

Answer: Fat transfer to breast after laser liposuction Do not recommend you do fat transfer to breasts after laser liposuction as the fat is damaged during the application of the laser. This a well known fact. If you continue to want fat to your breasts recommend VASER lipo as its been shown that the fat cells are still viable or traditional liposuction for fat harvest.

Answer: Airsculpt and Breast Fat Transfer Any awake procedure has the potential for some discomfort. In the hands of an experienced physician it’s possible to do liposuction and fat transfer as an awake procedure with minimal pain. There’s a very real learning curve to doing awake procedures especially Large and procedures like Liposuction and Fat Transfer. Typically 1/2 to 1 cup Breast size increase can be obtained as a long-term final result. This typically can double the volume of the breast. The results of both liposuction and fat transfer procedures are highly provider dependent. I cannot stress enough the importance of choosing those who have extensive experience. Airsculpt is only available at a Elite Body Sculpture. The clinic has a good reputation and typically hires plastic surgeons who specialize exclusively in liposuction and fat transfer procedures using the air sculpt technique. Best, Mats Hagstrom MD
