When is it gonna settle? And what is settle supposed to be like ? I was an straight up flat A cup I got a gummy bear one? I feel regretted please help me I'm freaking out I feel wasted my money I got it done one month ago I don't know what my profile Is please help me cause my doctor won't returning my calls I'm freaking out I'm a 5"0 Petite and I think it came out smaller than I expected I don't like it one bit please help me

Because there are so many variables that determine post augmentation cup size, there is no formula or chart that can accurately predict cup size with a given implant. Regarding the appearance, you are still very early in the post operative course. Most patients won't begin to see substantial changes in their appearance for 4 to 6 weeks and it often takes up to 6 months to see the final result. The treatment at this point is patience and allow the breasts to mature. As your operating surgeon is your best resource I would recommend additional efforts to make contact before considering a change.

Hello,Thank you for your question and photos. If you were an A cup before, the 350 cc implant will likely be a significant size increase for you. Directly post op, for at least a couple of months, your breast tissue and skin are tight due to inflammation and will compress the breast implants. It will take between 2-6 months for your breasts to soften and allow the contour to round out and settle. I recommend that you try to wait until 6 months post op to evaluate your results.All the best

I'm sorry to hear about issues with your recovery. Implants can take upto 3-6 months to settle, and I wouldn't judge the final result till then. This is a big change for your body, and it's common to have days when you have concerns about your size. I am assuming the implant size and profile were selected after a careful discussion between you and your plastic surgeon. I'm sorry to hear about the issues that you have been experiencing. It's still early after your surgery, but let me assure you that a 350cc implant will give you a noticeable result. Choosing your implant size a trade-off between getting the exact look that you want now, and preserving your natural skin and breast tissue in the future. Overly large implants will destroy your tissues, can leave you with little natural tissue, and will cause rapid sagging of your breasts. Stay in close communication with your surgeon, express your concerns, and continue to be patient with the healing process. Overall, it will take 3-6 months for your breast implants to settle.

Thank you for your pictures and questions. Sorry to hear about your concerns. If you had surgery a month ago and have not see your surgeon and he will not return your calls, then I am going to assume you did not have surgery with a board certified plastic surgeon. I would estimate that if you started with an A cup and had 350 cc implants, then your end result would be in the C cup range, but that is a very rough estimate. If you have additional concerns and are "freaking out," then I suggest you get a consultation with a local board certified plastic surgeon to take over your care. I think that based on the pictures you shared, you are likely going to need a revision in the future and this would be a good place to start.Best of luck!

that could be considered abandonment and is against the law so your surgeon should be graciously returning your calls or should be scheduling you for appointments to address your concerns and anxieties.  As for size and appearances, at this point, your only option is to allow yourself to heal and if you are having concerns about shape, position, etc, that you be able to see your surgeon to see if there are any non-surgical remedies for this.  Your roller coaster ride started and now you have to wait until its done and healing is complete before any major changes such as size or pocket work.  If your surgeon truly is not responding to your calls, you have rights.

It is normal to have some doubts early on from surgery, especially since you still have swelling and the tissues have not completely relaxed and let the implants settle. Remember, this is the size that you and your surgeon selected. Give yourself time to heal, and you may soon find that you love your new look.
