My goal is to be fuller! And braless with lots of boob. I am considering bigger implants! I got 485cc silicone gel 2 years ago under the muscle. So I can't decide between 700-800cc. I saw my surgeon and he recommended 700-750. I'm 5.5 137 lbs. Attached are before & after pics, along with my dream boobs lol.
Answer: Implant Size It is very difficult without photos and without assessing you in person to know what implant size would be appropriate for you. Keep in mind that implant size selection not only depends on your personal preference, but it also depends on your unique measurements. A thorough consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon will allow you to communicate what your desired result is and will inform you as to what is possible to achieve your goals. We have a device called the Vectra 3D imaging system that shows you what you will look like with any implant. Our patients are very happy with the choice of implant they make when using this system. To learn more about how to choose the right size implant, you can read "A Comprehensive Guide to Breast Augmentation."

Answer: Breast implant size Your implants are currently plenty large. I would never go as large as 700 cc's. You might be happy for a while, but eventually you will regret going larger. The breasts will be heavy, tend to sag more, and eventually be very uncomfortable. Believe my I have seen enough of these ladies and they all say the same thing. "What on earth was I thinking?" You will easily find a surgeon willing to do what you want, but I wouldn't be one of them.

Answer: Planning to Increase Implant Size Hello,Thank you for your question and photos. I agree with the concern that your current implants appear to be positioned extremely close. Putting more volume/width/pressure in the implant pocket could compromise your midline. I recommend that you discuss the potential complications in depth with your Plastic Surgeon and/or seek another professional opinion in person with a board certified Plastic Surgeon. All the best

Answer: Size The difference between a 750 and 800cc implant is only about three tablespoons. Not that significant. The implant selection should be based on a combination of your desired size, soft tissue dynamics, breast base diameter and skin elasticity. I recommend an in-office examination as well as a detailed discussion with a surgeon who you are comfortable with. Finally, make sure your surgeon is a Double-Board Certified Plastic Surgeon certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgery (ASPS) and the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ASAPS).Best,Dr. DesaiBeverly Hills Institute for Aesthetic Plastic SurgeryHarvard Educated, Beverly Hills & Miami Beach Trained, Double-Board Certified Plastic Surgeon
