What is the right amount of Buccal fat removal?

Whay is the amount, in percentage, of Buccal fat that is averagely removed? My surgeon suggest to go with 50%. I would like a chiselled face. In my family the trend while aging is to get a round face.

the "right amount" of buccal fat removal depends on the patient's anatomy. Patens with very chubby face may require excision of the entire buccal fat. Patients with mild chubbiness may require suboptimal excision.
