I am 5 weeks post TT with hernia and muscle repair and this evening I started experiencing some soreness on the upper right side of my abdomen. When I rub my hand over the area I can almost pin point the spot that is the most sore to the touch. Did I do too much today or is this normal part of healing? The whole reason for my surgery was the herias I had and the softball size separation that my ps found so I don't have a lot of fat up there in the first place. help?
