Are my 375cc high profile Mentor round implants too big? Or have they not dropped as much as they should have by now? (Photos)

BA was a year ago. I decided on round implants to give some upper fullness that I lacked but I wanted as natural as possible slope that I'd seen many women achieve with round HP implants. I feel the fullness is not a natural progressive slope. Is this as the implant size, profile or shape is wrong for me? Or have they not dropped - I only ask as they appear not far off my 1 week photos? Before 32A After 32E. This is too big for me? Do I have any some d&f to go? Or should I consider a reduction?
