Are my 375cc high profile Mentor round implants too big? Or have they not dropped as much as they should have by now? (Photos)

Good afternoon!I believe they have not dropped and fluffed as they should have, as evidenced by the fact that your progression photos don't show much progression. This could either be from a high tight muscle not releasing and relaxing, or some encapsulation. Both situations would require some pocket work, but in terms of your implants I think the size will look awesome once they are placed correctly!I have attached a link to my Breast Augmentation Revision photo gallery for your review- hope it helps!

I'm sorry to hear of your disappointment with your BA.  I think your PS has given you an amazing result.  HP implants tend to give a rather obviously augmented look and as such it is vital that this is explained during the consultations.  Many women want this augmented look, however many do not and wish for a more subtle breast projection.
Pre-op planning with the 3-D crysalix system can be useful as it can show the patient the likely projection with different implants, allowing them to make the decision on the profile/size of the implant.
I do not think that the breast size/shape will change any further as you are now 1yr post BA.  If you are unhappy with the size/profile of the implant then the only option is to change the implant.  I would recommend that you speak with your original PS and see what they say.
