My PS agreed to a revision, less his cot. I hav o pay anesthesiologist and for implants, just not his cost.

The costs of breast augmentation are variable, but silicone is more expensive than saline. The results are way better with silicone so it's worth the money! Sounds like a fair deal from your PS.

Each surgeon pays slightly different rates based on the volume they order, if they order all at once or as needed per case. Your surgeon will know their pricing structure and should give you a quote before your procedure so you know what to expect.
