I'm looking for advice you'd give for bottoming out surgery recovery. Restrictions on driving, raising arms, sleeping, what to expect recovery wise and any specific supportive recovery bras I can order to help hold the weight of implants up as the sutures/my body do their job. Thank you so much!!
