Can I use special tape to prevent bottoming out? (Photos)

Unfortunately, any "bottoming out" that has already occurred is unlikely to get corrected without revision surgery. AN underwire bra can theoretically help prevent further bottoming out, but if you feel that you would like your implants to be a bit higher (which would allow your scars to lie nicely in the crease ("inframmammary fold"), your plastic surgeon can explain to you how this would be done surgically. From the pink appearance of your scars, your surgery appears to have been fairly recent so a minor revision surgery should not be terribly complicated. Other recommendations include avoiding activities such as significant pectoral activation such as push ups, and the one specific activity I recommend to my patients to avoid after breast augmentation is kick boxing.
