hi, ive had these deep necklines since birth my mom has them as well , I've always been insecure about this and it affects me on a daily basis , I had a consultation with adoctor he suggest getting a laser treatment and diagnosed me with acanthosis nigricans however Its not prominent but my neck folds are, when I gain weight these folds are more visible , however I just weigh(43kgs) and they're still prominent .Help.

Fractional laser is an amazing and highly effective treatment in our office. We use the laser treatment to help with acne scars, large pores, fine wrinkles, tissue collagen loss, scars, sebaceous hyperplasia, active acne, and for brightening dark pigmentation. Although there are very strong fractional lasers such as CO2 laser, we use lighter treatments for corrective skincare and maintenance of results. Our Thulium fractional laser, clear and brilliant laser, and Ultra Thulium laser are excellent options in our clinic. We also perform CO2 fractional and erbium depending on skin tone and tolerance for downtime. Patients do have to use a Melarase cream before and after treatment to help further reduce pigmentation after laser.  Melarase AM, Melarase PM, and Melapads can seriously improve surface sun damage and UV related pigmentation. Dark spots can improve with these treatments. I recommend fractional laser for incisional scars as well, especially after plastic surgery.

Relax. This has become quite a routine treatment issue. I personally have been treating this issue with gratifying results for nearly three decades'.
Firstly, the movement of the underlying neck muscle, the platysma is at the root of the problem. The repeated movement of this muscles over the years eventually permanent creases the fabric of the overlying skin to create these lines. 
So, first the creases can be elevated and smoothed using a low viscosity, malleable, cohesive HA Filler.
Next, it was long ago discovered that the use of microdroplets of Botox placed at intervals can diminish the exaggerated movement of the underlying muscles in order to diminish further creasing and recreasing of the overlying skin.
Both treatments can be performed during one treatment sessions, and in my experience most people opt for this, or they can be performed in two separate treatment sessions. 
You would be wise to consult an experienced, board certified cosmetic dermatologist filler expert and best of luck.
