I'm a 44 y/o female and have deep hollows in my cheeks after a buccal fat removal. As I'm unhappy with the result, I had filler injected into where the fat was removed but filler does not last very long with me. I'm also looking to reduce the fat under my chin and jawline and to reduce jowls. I would appreciate it if I got advice on what procedures would be beneficial for my issues. Thank you.

thank you for your question. It is best to correct the hollowness as a result of your buccal fat removal with lipofilling. The volume will be restored with especially prepared fat using its anatomical space. In my experience it works best using an intraoral approach, following the natural anatomy without any external scar (even if it would be minimal). A limiting factor regarding your outcome using lipofilling might be the previous filler injection having alternated the recipient side for the fat. Based on your pictures, non-surgical devices might be suffcient to reduce and to correct your double chin.
