Roughly 500cc's in each cheek. 1 day post BBL, can 500cc make a difference?

It's difficult to say without seeing preoperative photos. The difference that 500 cc will make really depends on the size and shape of your buttocks before surgery. Remember that about 50% of the fat will be reabsorbed by your body, so he should be left with about 250 cc. Also, the liposuction will do a great job of shaping your buttocks by removing fat from your waist, love handle area, and the V-shaped area at the top of your buttocks. Continue to be patient with the healing process and give yourself 2-3 months to judge your final results.

Dear SMJ2006,it is hard to tell without an examination. The results will depend on your anatomy, size of your buttocks prior to surgery, your goal, etc.  In case you are concerned, I would suggest you to discuss this with your plastic surgeon.
