Thank you for your question. We typically have our patients wear compression garments on the areas we did liposuction to help the skin and underlying tissues re-adhere as well as reduce swelling. Every surgeon will have his/her own preferences as to recovery for specific procedures. I have patients wear Garments open around the butt area to avoid pressure. I suggest you follow your surgeon's plan. Best of luck!

This is purely surgeon preference. Some surgeons use "open" garments that allow the buttocks to be free from compression. Some surgeons use garments that cover the buttock but have minimal buttock compression, and some use garments that provide full compression after BBL. There is some thought ...
I recommend you visit your PS asap to follow up on his or her instructions to be able to prevent any infection or any other complications.
You are early in the healing phase you have to give it some time to settle,this can take up to 6 weeks for it loose some volume and you will see results in about 3 months,consult with your PS to discuss your concerns.
