Microdermabrasion will not get rid of sebaceous hyperplasia. I would recommend seeing a Board Certified Dermatologist to perform electrodessication on these lesions. Microdermabrasion may help with congestion issues if you have any, but the sebaceous hyperplasia is caused a genetic issue and/or sun damage that will require more advance techniques and maintenance to keep the problem at bay.
