I just got a first/second degree burn from BBl laser treatment about two weeks ago and I was thinking maybe in the future to do a microdermabrasion to take some dead skin off. How long should I wait before doing so and is it a good idea?

It is unusual for skin to continue peeling months after microdermabrasion. I would make a check-up appointment with your provider to evaluate your case. The scars on your face seem like acne scars, and those can be easily treated with Picosure laser. Best of luck!
