How long should I wait before I do a microdermabrasion after a superficial burn?

I just got a first/second degree burn from BBl laser treatment about two weeks ago and I was thinking maybe in the future to do a microdermabrasion to take some dead skin off. How long should I wait before doing so and is it a good idea?
