Have you experienced success with a neck lift fix in-office? (Photos)

HI! I had a neck/face/under eye lift surgery 9 months ago. It was amazing. After 4 months we noticed my neck was sagging on one side. after 6 months quite a bit and some on the other side. Now 9 months it has been suggested as a fix an in office procedure cut in the neck that would be quick and could fix it right up. Have you experienced success using this as a fix with this issue?

neck lifts will not be SUPER tight over time you will begin to sag. 3 months after neck lifts we have everyone start every 6 months thermage and ultherapy and in office morpheus treatments ever y2-3 months FOREVER to keep the skin tighter. what you are seeing is normal for most neck lifts/platysmaplasty and you can do other treatments like accutite or facetite or renuvion to help enhance it or start the in office skin tightening treatments. start weekly dermarolling at home with jan marini retinol mask and ANTEAGE/AERIFY stem cell amuples (see link). The submental region (skin and tissues of the neck just under the chin) is where everything settles, and gravity exerts its effects. It is also subjected to endless stretching, pulling, twisting and movement that comes from everyday activities (talking, eating, driving, working out, turning one's head,etc). So it is subjected to enormous stresses. It is not surprising that tissues here are often lax no matter what you do. "Tuck up" procedures can help but in the long term the same forces are at work to reduce the tightening effects.

Yes, this revision in the office usually works fairly well and can be done under local anesthesia with some oral sedation. Your surgeon will mainly be removing the excess skin and not need to remove more fat or tighten muscle.
