I am currently a 36 H cup and I am worried that going to a c cup is going to leave me flat chested. I have a surgery date for next month and my surgeon said a C cup would look nice on me, but I am scared that I will left with nothing. Maybe I am crazy lol
Answer: Breast reduction Hi there it is certainly a big change going to a C cup from and H. It also depends what is the circumference of your chest wall ie 34 or 36 cm? Perhaps you could aim for a D if you would like a fuller bust. Cup sizes are notoriously difficult to predict and vary by 20% . It also depends if your weight is steady or if there is a plan for weight loss in the future. I hope this has been somewhat helpful. Best wishes for your surgery

Answer: Cup size From the photos it appears you are a good candidate for a breast reduction. This will remove excess tissue as well as remove excess skin and raise the position of the nipple. If you are unsure about sizes you may want to search before/after photos of patients with a similar frame to see what you think looks right for you. Discuss with your concerns with your surgeon. It's important that you are comfortable and confident as you prepare for surgery.

Answer: Currently a 36 H cup and I'm worried that going to a C cup is going to leave me flat chested. What size should I go to? The ideal cup size for a given individual is very personal and will vary depending on one's preferences and standards of beauty. Discuss your goals and preferences with your surgeon before having the surgery. Although you can have implants placed postoperatively if you find your breasts are too small, this can be avoided by making the right decisions before surgery.

Answer: Breast reduction Thanks for your question! If you are concerned that is too small, perhaps you can talk with your surgeon about what size you would like to be after recovery. Taking wish photos to a pre-operative appointment might be a good idea as well. Good luck!

Answer: Bellesoma Breast Reduction The technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method. This will reduce and reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. The weight of the breast is transferred to the underlying pectoralis major muscle resulting in pain relief without excessive reduction. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.
