Thanks for your question! It is unlikely that your breast will change much after 6 months. The lower pole may stretch a little more, but I doubt you will get symmetry. With any unilateral surgery, perfect symmetry is uncommon. However, if you are looking for a closer match, you may need to do something with the other breast as well. Good luck!

At six months post op you are seeing your final results from surgery. Any further changes would be minor. You would need to consider further correction for improvement in symmetry. I encourage you to discuss your concerns with your surgeon.

I think breast changes will certainly continue over the next 6 months and beyond. I think discussion with your surgeon about your concerns and options given that you have had surgery on one side would be very helpful in developing a treatment plan.
