My nipples are still puffy, but definitely a bit better than before the surgery. My doctor said that during the surgery, he did the liposuction very well, but removed only a very tiny amount of the gland as It is very very small, he claimed. I feel like there is a tissue, not solid, but kind of soft around the nipple, and when the weather is warm, the nipple gets puffed a bit. Is this simply swelling due to the surgery. My doc always says this is a normal situation but how much should I trust that?

Some surgeons may use a cartilage shaver to remove gynecomastia tissue but there are risks like hematomas that can develop because often this is done blindly( meaning without direct visualization). I prefer direct excision often combined with liposuction.
