Hello you need Rhinoplasty surgery because you need to make smaller a hump and little up tip of your nose

It takes good 6 months for swelling after nasal trauma to settle. In that time or later, when deformity is well defined, it is appropriate to consider nose surgery. Rhinoplasty will take care of pre-existing condition (hump, blant tip) and improve septum and nose deviation which are result of trauma. In person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon, expert in rhinoplasty, is recommended. Good luck.

Nose swelling after trauma: the nose can take quite a long time to revert to normal after trauma. A lot depends on what the trauma was. If you had a nasal fracture the change is likely to be permanent unless you choose to have surgery to change it back. In some cases there is soft tissue trauma which may result in some scar tissue over the bony area . Most of this should resolve with time but a small remnant may persist.
