I had a primary closed rhinoplasty 2 years ago, i had a bump shaved off, got my 'tip shortened' a little and i think a little cartilage graft to the columella area to correct a slight asymmetry. A few months after i admit i was touching the tip a lot. I noticed that i have very slight pain on the right side of my nosetip when i touch it only. it is slight and i can live with that, I just want to make sure it is not something serious, that nothing has shifted etc. the shape didnt change
