Need nose help, doctors won't listen. What are my options? (Photo)

My nose tip has been dropping more arnd more for months. Three doctors have said it "looks fine", but I'm in constant agony. My nose is pulled so tight around my eyes I can't see. can't afford rhinoplasty without insurance paying. I am unable to function.

I hate to be a Debbie downer, but your nasal tip does not appear to be droopy. If you have problems with your vision, please consult with an ophthalmologist. It's not clear what you mean by "I am unable to function." If you feel like your nose is preventing you from socializing, working, or performing the normal duties of life, you may have BDD (body dysmorphic disorder), and this may be treated by a psychiatrist. Hoping this will be helpful for you since rhinoplasty is not a surgery to make your life better. Sincerely, Dr Joseph

It sounds like you are dealing with a lot of issues. When you say that you are in "constant agony" that raises a red flag to me. Is this a physical agony or mental agony? Of course the first can lead to the second, but clarification would help. If you can't see and are in physical agony as you've noted, I am at a loss based on pictures alone as to what might be going on for you. 
You should see an ENT physician to start. If that physician doesn't find anything physically wrong with you, then you could be suffering from an atypical facial pain disorder in which a neurologist may be of benefit. Autoimmune and infectious causes don't seem to be very likely. If all of this doesn't seem to fit your issues, then the issues may be related to some underlying stress or psychological trauma.
