Can I do adrenaline rush activities a day before my rhinoplasty?

Hello we do not recommend to do adrenaline activities because of your blood pressure and pulse attacks

There should be no reason that this would interfere with your surgery. Just be careful about injuring your nose. Make sure you've stopped any supplements and medications as instructed by your surgical team and avoid alcohol for at least 24 hours before surgery.

Thank you for your question. You can go zip-lining a day before rhinoplasty. It's not a concern. Just a couple of important things to remind you are:
* Do not eat or drink anything, including water, after midnight the night before your surgery.
* Remove all piercings, dentures, and makeup before the surgery
*Stop smoking, taking blood thinners such as aspirin, drinking alcohol, and herbal teas including green tea at least 10 days before your operation.
