Will getting a rhinoplasty make my face look less round and hollow on the right side? (photos)

It only effects your nose shape and facial harmony. With rhinoplasty you can get rid of the dorsal hump and gain more suitable nose. Slight dorsal prominence appears to be present, but in a male a conservative reduction is warranted to avoid feminizing the nose (unless that's the goal such as in facial feminization surgery). If your nose is indeed crooked, straightening this can be done along with the hump reduction.

It is unlikely that rhinoplasty surgery can help in making your right side of face looks full. The reason you notice a difference between the two sides is because of facial asymmetry, which is normal and present in almost all people. The best option to correct this is by filler injection.
