6 months ago I had a preservation rhinoplasty + septoplasty and partial turbinectomy. Everything was healing fine until early September, when I started developing this strange feeling located between the right side of my nasal bone (1 cm under the eye). It's a tingling sensation that gets much worse when the tissues start vibrating if I speak loudly or sing. If I block the vibrations pointing 2 fingers on the area, the tingling stops. Is there any reasonable explanation for this? Thank you!
