60, facelift, chin lipo, blepharoplasty with hemophilia, could they accept me?

I am 60 years old, now with the signs of age I feel like I need to resort to some touch-ups. I suffer from a heart valve problem, high blood pressure and hemophilia, I know it would be better not to have surgery, but I wanted to ask if with the right prophylaxis and if I limit myself to not very dangerous surgery (double chin liposuction, upper and lower blepharoplasty and a face lift) could they accept me?

I would recommend a deep plane mini facelift. This would support your jowls and midface and also tighten your neck with scars hidden in the contour of your ear. I agree the filler and fat will just puff the face without noticeable improvement in these areas.
