Although an in-person exam would be necessary to provide a definitive answer, based on the photo you have provided it does appear you would be a suitable candidate for revision upper blepharoplasty to re-create a more symmetrical crease. If you want the best idea of what is possible for your eyes, do your due diligence, find an experienced surgeon, and have him/her evaluate you in person and discuss your options. @drdonyoo

As you already had the first surgery 8 years ago, it looks like you could benefit from a revision blepharoplasty. It would definitely help. I’ve personally performed lots of those revisions with very satisfying results.

Both eyelids look too high, and the left crease looks too deep. When a crease is too deep, it feels heavy and may look lazy. It is possible to release the left crease, but I would recommend lowering both the creases on both sides for a more natural look. That would mean a second lower incision with wide release of the current creases.
