1 eye deeper set after double eyelid surgery 8 years ago - can my eyelids be fixed? (Photos)

I had double eyelid surgery 8 years ago and now one of my eyelids is deeper set than the other. Is this fixable? I am so self conscious about it and it makes me look like I have one lazy eye. Please advise. Thank you!
