My doctor recommends to wait 1 month for fake lashes but 2 months for lash extensions, which doesnt make sense to me as lash extensions are on lashes and dont even touch the eyelid. while fake eyelashes have to be glued on to the lid and ripped off. wouldnt that damage it more?

A picture of both eyes and eyebrows would help because brow position always affects upper eyelid appearance. Your lateral brows look a bit low, in which case a lateral or temporal browlift may improve the show of the outer half of the upper eyelid.
