Correct tapered eyelid folds to parallel? (Photo)

Question

In 2018 I had a blepharoplasty for eye symmetry. I had parallel eyelid crease prior to the procedure; however, the doctor gave me a tapered folds when I had my procedure without my request. I wanted to correct the tapered fold to be parallel. In 2022, I had the correction done by the same doctor. He created new parallel creases with non-incisional double eyelid surgery. Nothing was done to the tapered folds. Now I look like I have both tapered and parallel folds. Please help.

Thank you for sharing your question and posting your photo. Based on your photograph it would be difficult to perform further surgery. Make an appointment for in-person evaluation with an experienced oculoplastic surgeon.

Although an in-person exam would be necessary to provide a definitive answer, based on the photo you have provided it does appear you would be a suitable candidate for revision upper blepharoplasty to re-create a more symmetric and defined crease. If you want the best idea of what is possible for your eyes, do your due diligence, find an experienced surgeon, and have him/her evaluate you in person and discuss your options. @drdonyoo

It seems that you have asymmetry eyes because of your asymmetry bone structure. As you can see from your photos, the height of eyebrows and eyes are different. What we can fix the the asymmetry eyebrows, only FOREHEAD LIFT (ENDOTINE) can fix it. Also you need full incisional double eyelid + ptosis correction to correct your minor ptosis and make your eyes bigger and fresh. If you have further questions then please leave a message:)
