What can I do to correct results from previous upper eyelid procedure? 1 year post op (photos)

Question

I have had upper eyelid surgery twice and both were botched. The former was done using the incision method and the latter using the non incision method. There are sutures buried inside. It's been a year since I have had my last surgery.. I'm considering of undergoing another revision upper eyelid surgery along with scar revision but I think don't have enough tisssus to be excxised...what will be the best solution for me?.....Thank you

Plastic surgery scars require attention after surgery so that they remain cosmetically-appealing and barely noticeable. In our office, we use a protocol for scars that minimizes their activity in the 6-8 weeks after surgery. If you have late plastic surgery scars, you may also require laser and RF therapy to help reduce the longterm effects of the scarring. Keloids, hypertrophic scars, widened scars, red scars, and hyperpigmented scars all require scar modulation with topical creams followed by lasers and RF therapy. Topical skincare should be directed to a specific need, whether for pigmentation or hypertrophy and our office can guide you through the process to obtain the correct Plato’s Scar cream or Melarase cream for hypertrophy and discoloration. In terms of lasers, we would employ the vbeam laser for redness, Venus Viva RF, PRP microneedling, chemical peels, and Morpheus 8, fractional erbium, or fractional co2. All of these have their individual benefits. Most of all, we recommend you visit a solid plastic surgeon who understands surgical scar revision, laser therapy, and RF therapy for scars.

Although an in-person exam would be necessary to provide a definitive answer, based on the photo you have provided it does appear you would be a suitable candidate for revision upper blepharoplasty to re-create a more symmetric and defined crease. If you want the best idea of what is possible for your eyes, do your due diligence, find an experienced surgeon, and have him/her evaluate you in person and discuss your options. @drdonyoo

From the pirctures, it seems that you have severe scars from the previous surgery and astmmetry eyes. I would like to recommend full incisional double eyelid (scar reconstruction) + ptosis correction + medial canthoplasty to correct your sleepy eyes and make your eyes even and fresh. After those surgeries, the distance of your eyebrows and the eyes would be closer, so the shape will be natural and more beautiful.
