What can I do to correct results from previous upper eyelid procedure? 1 year post op (photos)

Plastic surgery scars require attention after surgery so that they remain cosmetically-appealing and barely noticeable. Although an in-person exam would be necessary to provide a definitive answer, based on the photo you have provided it does appear you would be a suitable candidate for revision upper blepharoplasty to re-create a more symmetric and defined crease. From the pirctures, it seems that you have severe scars from the previous surgery and astmmetry eyes. I would like to recommend full incisional double eyelid (scar reconstruction) + ptosis correction + medial canthoplasty to correct your sleepy eyes and make your eyes even and fresh. After those surgeries, the distance of your eyebrows and the eyes would be closer, so the shape will be natural and more beautiful.
