I read the responses to "can implants get too hot" or something along those lines, and I'd like to expound. Hypothetically, a woman with 3 y/o sub muscular saline implants becomes a firefighter dual water rescue dive team in Minnesota. What are the dangers of extreme heat of the fire and extreme cold of frozen lakes in reference to the implants and possible surrounding tissue damage?
