Saline implants extreme temperature reactions. Any suggestions?

I have never even heard of a patient having problems with temperatures.  The implants are inside your body which is maintained at a viable temperature.  If the implants are going to suffer acute changes in temperature, so will your body.  The implants won't be the problem, it would be your body.

Your saline implants are in your body and as such are part of your "core". Temperature extremes will not affect your breast implants what so ever. Exposure to extreme heat will cause burns to exposed areas, not your breast, and extreme cold will result in hypothermia and frostbite to exposed skin, and again lets hope not your breast. I've heard women with gel implants say that in cold weather situations, their breasts feel colder. This is presumably because the gel acts like an insulator and keeps the body heat from getting to the breasts. Otherwise temperatures compatible with life are not going to influence your implants. V
