Can lip fillers be used only to give the appearance of upturned lip corners. I'm AA with medium sized lips my lips are getting thinner with age. I only want to enhance the border without making my lips bigger. Is this possible?

Answer: Yes but you need a very experienced injector. Here is how it is done. You need a tiny line of product at the absolute lip edge between the white roll and the red roll. This is done in both the upper and lower lip. The purpose is to make support for the width of the mouth. At the down turned corners volume is placed to support the lip corner. This does not blow up the lip but it does support the corners.
