I got my TT 2 days ago...and had dry heaves when I got home then later...then again this morning. I only took Zofran...Once this morning. I have a constant headache and almost always feeling sick....except after I dry heave. Seems worse after percoset. Hate the constant nausea and pain...

Answer: Does percoset make you sick? Congratulations on having undergone the tummy tuck procedure. Unfortunately, many of the medications, including the narcotics (such as Percocet) can cause nausea, vomiting, and constipation. Your plastic surgeon will be your best resource when it comes to medication ( and side effect) management. Best wishes.

Answer: Nausea All narcotics have the potential to produce nausea and vomiting. Some patients are affected worse than others. Also, some patients have post-op nausea that can continue for a few days even without further narcotic use. Ask your doctor if you can start using NSAID's. If your pain is still significant, discuss using another narcotic and see if you can tolerate that better.

Answer: Percocet commonly causes nausea. Narcotics like Percocet commonly cause nausea and sometimes even vomiting. This is not an allergy, but a side effect.
