Helle, based on the photo it appears that the implants are symmetrical and in a proper position.  This is not a substitute for a proper examination but no problem can be seen from the picture in my opinion.

Hello,Thank you for your question and photos. It appears as if you have fairly large implants so gravity will be at work. You may have begun the drop process and the majority of swelling will have gone down, but you aren't finished yet. It is also common to have each breast settle in at a slightly different rate. Your implants look nice at two weeks.   They will change over time but some drop sooner than others. Best of luck.

It appears your implants are in the correct position. Are they sub glandular or sub pectoral? Either way, it is very early in the healing process. It takes at least 3 months to see the final result and some plastic surgeons say up to one year.

The results look good.  The skin and tissue overlying the implants will soften over time and the results will look better still. 100% of the females on planet Earth have some degree of asymmetry.  Augmentation has only a very limited capacity to correct this.  Your results appear quite symmetrical. Any concerns you have should be posed to your PS.  But I think over time tissue remodeling will continue to improve your results.  This takes about six months. I hope this helps.

In addition to your photos, it would be helpful to know if the implants were placed under the muscle. If they are sub pectoral, I find that the muscle tends to swell causing the upper breast to look very "full" right after surgery. However, the swelling tends to subside over the following two weeks which can cause the upper part of the breasts to look less prominent. Many people confuse the dropping of the implants with swelling that is resolving within the first two weeks. It appears that the lower part of your breast is stable, so it is probably muscle swelling that is improving on you.
