Encapsulated breast leaking yellow to clear oily substance

Question

Ok so my left Breast is encapsulated and has been since 4-6 months post op. I had them done March of last year. Yesterday for some odd reason I squeezed my nipple and my left breast had an oily substance come out of it. Then I squeezed my right boob which is not encapsulated and a little bit of milk came out it, my youngest child will be 3 in August. Also for the past few months my left breast has been hurting a little bit?

after augmentation can happen but your suggestion that your implant is contributing directly to this is unsubstantiated.  See your surgeon for an evaluation of possible causes and also about what options you have for your 'encapsulation'.

It is unusual to be able to express fluid after everything has healed. Best to see your PS for a clinical examination. If things don't settle I would recommend an ultrasound initially to see if there is any fluid within the implant cavity / breast.

From your description, you should be evaluated in person to further determine the cause of your current situation. You could require imaging studies as well. You should see a board certified plastic surgeon in your area to get a formal opinion through an in-person consultation.Best of luck,
