I heard with the bbl my vagina and anal becomes like new. Will it go back to what it was with one partner or stay tight from the bbl

A BBL (Brazilian Butt Lift) is a cosmetic procedure that involves removing fat from one or several part of the body and transferring it to the buttocks to enhance their shape and size and create a harmonious body contour. Seriously? The BBL surgeries would have no effect upon your vagina/anal areas. Where did you read, hear that? Those areas if indicated need their own operations. Nice try though....
