I have been noticing over the last 5 years an increase of lose neck skin. I'm unsure if it's platysma bands or just loose skin. I was a smoker, have taken nicotine lozenges for years wondering if it's caused this skin change. I have a history of breast implants that were only in for one year before having them removed thinking it would causing the sagging jaw line/loose skin due to the weight. I felt I was a little young to be seeing this, but maybe not. Not sure what to do?
