The Sculptra Butt Lift is a relatively new procedure. Patients who don't want surgery or don't want the risks associated with BBL or implants who are open to modest yet noticeable results are ideal candidates.I think as this procedure gains popularity especially with an increased awareness of some of the risks including death from BBL more and more core doctors will begin offering this procedure.Another reason why physicians don't offer Sculptra Butt Lifts is that they are not accustomed to discounting Sculptra to the degree that is needed to make this procedure affordable. Most patients will require at least 10 vials per treatment session with most needing two treatments. I have found that by training Core physicians in the northeast both on the proper technique and on how to make it affordable for patients that there will be more availability in doctors offering Sculptra Butt Lifts. Thank you for sharing your question. Though I can not recommend a specific physician, Sculptra is an excellent option for butt augmentation when patients have insufficient adipose for fat grafting. In my practice Sculptra has offered many patients the augmentation they desire. Hope this helps.
