Although Sculptra Butt Lifts are beginning to catch on, it is still not widely available. I do think this will change in the near future given the increasing popularity of this procedure. Just like any new procedure there is a learning curve and so it will take some time for doctors to feel comfortable offering this procedure.I don't know anyone in Florida but do have patients flying in to New York for this procedure. Good luck in your search.
The volume of Sculptra needed would be excessive in order to actually enhance the entire buttock. I would not suggest this treatment. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Los Angeles
I do not know any specific plastic surgeon offering this in Miami, but I would begin the search by looking for plastic surgeons who offer Sculptra in their practice and make inquiries there. Their practice should also be well equipped to discuss with you other options such as fat grafting so you can determine the pros/cons and choose the best procedure for you.
The procedure is starting to get more popular with some physicians such as Shino Bay in Fort Lauderdale having limited success with it. I personally will not perform the treatment as a butt lift with sculptra is more expensive (usually 2 - 3 times more expensive due to the cost of the sculptra), lasts for a shorter duration (typically 2 years or less), has a greater risks due to the high risk of Pulmonary Fat Embolism, and can not provide the degree of improvement that a Brazilian Butt Lift can. Consult with an experienced and expert board certified plastic surgeon to understand your options.
Thank you for your question. The Sculptra Butt Lift is becoming an increasingly popular option since there is no downtime or surgery involved. It can be expensive and if you look around the country there is a great variation in the cost of this procedure. In St Louis, we currently charge around $7000 for 20 vials and have had patients travel in for this procedure as it can be quite a bit more expensive around the country. Sculptra Butt Lifts are best performed as a series of injections spread 4-8 weeks apart. We generally inject 10-14 vials with the first set of injections. Some patients may desire a total of 40 vials or more depending on the degree of augmentation they are seeking. I hope this was helpful - Dr. Moore.
Sculptra, Bellafil, and Renuva are all to expensive to use in any meaningful volume to fill your hip dips. I've already done the calculation so take my word that it would cost you between $150-$250,000 to fill them adequately. Despite your declaration that you were not a candidate for a BBL, you...
Sculptra should only be injected subcutaneously, and never into the skin as it almost always leads to formation of granulomas. This is something I can tell you after having been using the product for 28 years. I hope this helps and good luck from Leonard Grossman M.D. organic Plastic Surgery.
Regardless of what filler you use, it will cost you much more money than you think to get any visible augmentation of your buttocks. Renuva, Sculptra, and Bellafill are all fillers that were designed and marketed for the face, where a few cc's (syringes or vials) makes a big difference. They are...
