Bumps and scar tissue 4 years after rhinoplasty - Can a revision correct it? (photos)

I had a rhinoplasty 4 yrs ago and since then I have noticed some things that bother me. Firs there seems to be either ragged cartilage or scar tissue bumps all over the bridge which creates a bumpy texture. It is more noticeable when the skin is pulled. I also have a ‘column’ of scar tissue in one nostril which I believe creates asymmetry between the two nostrils. Is this a sign of a poorly done rhinoplasty, or are these common complications that can result from rhinoplasty? Revision needed?

Answer: Irregularities four years after rhinoplasty is from thin nasal skin
Based on your photographs, you appear to have relatively thin nasal skin, and this may lead to irregularities after any rhinoplastic surgery. I can see at the base view of your nose, that your nasal tip appears to point to the left side, and this is associated with nostril asymmetry. I do...
We can see that your nasal tip appears to point to the left side, since you have asymmetrical nostrils. That may indeed be due to a deviated nasal septum. Consultation with an examination and computer Imaging may be helpful for establishing goals. Thank you for this question! Sincerely, Dr Joseph
Though you may have a deviated nasal septum, if your goal is to improve upon your nostril margin asymmetry, depending on your examination, microdroplet Silikon-1000 nasal injections maybe considered. I hope this helps! Sincerely, Dr Joseph
