I had a revision rhinoplasty in 2022. During the surgery I had my deviated septum fixed as well. Since the surgery my nose has healed asymmetrical. There appears to be a scar tissue bump right under my skin on my left nostril. There is no problems with my breathing and there is no bump inside my nose. My Surgeron is almost 4 hours away. Is there a local doctor I can see? Maybe a dermatologist? What kind of scar is this? Is there a shot I can take to break down this build up or scar tissues? Thx
