Answer: Tummy tuck It’s hard to know which to do first without photos. I see no reason to liposuction the abdomen if you’re going to have a tummy tuck. Also I have never found it necessary to do a fleur de lys tummy tuck and have answered a lot of questions on realself from people who regretted it. Get another opinion and rethink the fdl. I doubt you really need it
