Fat back after liposuction but later all located in one area which was previous liposuctioned

The fat usually accumulates in the areas that are not liposuctioned or are liposuctioned less aggressively.

Fat is not fully removed after liposuction. it is reduced and those cells removed are permanently gone but you still have fat that can return.  If you gained weight you will need diet/exercise and more liposuciton to get the body you are looking for.  Please see a body contouring expert.  Best, Dr. Emer.

Thank you for your question. Without an exam, it can be hard to appreciate what is happening. If you have gained some weight, there is a chance that the fullness you are appreciating is intra-abdominal fat, not external fat that was treated with liposuction. I would advise that you see your surgeon for an evaluation.Best of luck!

Fullness in the upper abdomen can arise from additional calorie intake that was stored in remaining fat cells in the upper abdominal area( liposuction cannot remove all of the fat cells in an area) or looseness of the upper abdominal muscles. Make an appointment to see your surgeon to find a solution.

Not all of the cells are removed from a given area.  The upper abdomen is typically not treated as aggressively as the lower abdomen.  It would require an examination in person for my advice.  You may have more loose skin as well now.  I would look at revision liposuction and Bodytite to help tighten the areas more.

since there are no photos an answer is pure conjecture, but you may have to have more liposuction.
