Right (Dominant Side) Won't Drop, 4 Weeks Post Op, Is That Normal?

There are many factors involved with this operation, as opposed to breast augmentation surgery alone.

 Of course, your plastic surgeon will always be your best resource when it comes to diagnosing problems that may cause breast asymmetry.

You are very early in the postop process. Don't rush to judgment, continue to followup with your plastic surgeon and see what happens in the next couple of months. Healing is a process and often one side heals at a different rate than the other.
