Would Lipo360 or a Tummy Tuck deliver better results? Concerned about loose skin. (photos)

Thank you for your question. Looking at the photos you have provided I would recommend a tummy tuck. It will allow your Surgeon to tighten up the abdominal wall muscles and pull down the extra skin. This is the best way to get the flattest belly. Liposuction will reduce you down some inches with some skin retraction as well. If you choose to go the liposuction route I would recommend a laser assisted liposuction to help with the retraction component. I would suggest speaking with a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon in person to evaluate you and discuss your options. Best of luck to you.

Hello! When you receive Lipo 360, you can experience excess skin after, as it is not removing the skin it is removing fat from within the body. If you are concerned about loose skin a tummy tuck would be great for you! You can always add lipo after a tummy tuck if needed.

Liposuction alone can I am slightly help you address unwanted fat below your skin. Some people claim there is some mild skin tightening however, It is unlikely to address all of the excess skin. Combining Liposuction and abdominoplasty in Your case would be a great option as you have some combination of both
