What are the medical terms to describe my ethnic nose? What procedures/methods would work best on me? (Photo)

Hello we are doing open nose surgery with piezzo method ı think to have an open surgery will better for you.

African american rhinoplasty typically involves 4 different components. Some patients need them all, some only one or two. Here are the 4 components.
1. Improvement of the bridge height with an implant.
2. Narrowing of the wide upper nose (bony part) with osteotomies.
3. Narrowing of the tip (Tip-plasty)
4. Narrowing of the nostrils (Alarplasty)

You could reduce the size of your nose through a pretty basic rhinoplasty. I would suggest multiple opinions as to what can be done and also figure out specifically what bothers you about your nose

Each nose is operated with a unique surgical technique. In fact, the characteristic features of ethnic noses are the flattened nasal root and wide nasal wings. but each ethnic nose is different from each other. I couldn't make a full comment because the nose root (radix) is not seen in the photos you uploaded. If the radix is deeply located, it may be necessary to strengthen it with rib cartilage. In a successful surgery, you will not have problems with breathing.

A closed rhinoplasty approach can accomplish shaving down the Dorsal hump which is composed of both bone and cartilage. You also have a hanging columella which is excess skin and cartilage between the nostrils which must be tucked inwards. If the tip of your nose droops dynamically when smiling, then it's important to release the depressor septi ligament. Osteotomies placed in the nasal bones are performed to narrow the bridge line. An alar plasty is performed to narrow wide nostrils.
